Professional electronics manufacturing

With the new SMD pick and place system and especially trained employees for these machine types, we have expanded our production possibilities from prototype construction to series manufacturing. The state-of-the-art system with the "Fuji AIM" pick and place machine at its core, is characterized by short changeover times and very high manufacturing quality.

We would like to offer this way of electronics manufacturing to you as well.

Corresponding feeders are available for almost every component and every component shape. Roller feeders, trays, bar feeders – no matter what, we are prepared for (almost) every component.

In order to be able to start with high manufacturing quality even with new printed circuit boards, great importance was attached to automatic, reliable positioning correction. The components are picked up by the feeder regardless of their position. A high-performance camera system then detects the component position and corrects it if necessary. Before the assembled printed circuit boards enter the automatic soldering machine, they are inspected additionally in the upstream visual inspection station.

Short distances to the depot and a well thought-out spatial equipment of the manufacturing hall ensure a smooth interlocking of the “through-hole” assembly with the new SMD manufacturing line.
