Upon a thorough examination of your requirements and certification of the individual unit, a use in EX areas is possible.

What quality standards are being followed at HESCH?

Since 1995, we have been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 (Quality Management), since 2003 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and since 2005 in accordance with the EX guidelines.

What can I do with a defective HESCH unit?

Return your defective unit to us by indicating the type of problem or problems. Upon receipt of the unit, our service department will conduct a visual inspection to determine the necessary repairs. This is followed by a cost estimate. In case of warranty, the unit will be repaired within a time period of two weeks.

We offer telephone support in case of technical problems and assist during commissioning. In special cases, support on site is possible against payment.

Normally, standard units are available within five working days.

We are sure you will understand that references will be given after individual discussions only, since in many customer relations we are processing confidential data.
